21st Century Leadership Playbook

I partnered with Nordstrom Technology People Lab to create a tool that tied together content across 5 learning modules. 

The 21st Leadership Playbook was designed to:

Support program alumni in internalizing & remembering the content they learn in an accessible document that can serve as a reference guide.

Inspire program alumni to practice the tools and mindsets taught in the program. 

Emphasize the point of view and philosophy of the program.

Create a stand alone tool that introduced people who have not participated in the program to the concepts of “21st Century Leadership.”
