Begin by tuning into your senses—soft lighting, calming music, grounding aromas, and the rhythm of your breath will center you in the present moment. From there, you'll transition into supported restorative yoga postures, allowing your body to deeply relax, release tension, and calm the nervous system. The experience culminates in Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation that leads you into the liminal space between waking and sleep, promoting rest and rejuvenation for your nervous system. The session concludes with quiet reflection and integration time, giving you space to absorb the practice and leave feeling rejuvenated, grounded, and more connected to your body, mind, and being. This ritual is for anyone seeking grounding, rest, and inner balance.

Yoga Nidra: Deep Rest & Renewal Move into Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation that leads you into the liminal space between wakefulness and sleep. This state encourages profound rest, healing, and rejuvenation for both body and mind.
Integration & Reflection After the meditation, take time for quiet reflection. Journal or simply be present with yourself.
