Michael Mina XIV Concept Book

I teamed up with producer Sarah Adler (currently Director of Communications at Thomas Keller Restaurant Group) to execute Michael Mina's vision of an exclusive concept investor book that tells the story of a full-service restaurant that meets ultra lounge.
The concept featured new ways of looking at “Social Dining” without compromising the integrity of the ingredients and the inspiration of the cuisine.
This project lead to developing templates and teaching materials for the PR group to use for future pitches. In addition, we created the PR book for Bourbon Steak, featuring all of Michael Mina restaurant brands.
